Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website operated by Volare GmbH ("Volare", "we", "us") and the charter brokerage services we provide. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Volare acts as a charter broker. We arrange flights on your behalf with independent, certified air carriers who operate the aircraft. Volare itself is not an air carrier and does not operate aircraft. The transport contract for any flight is between you and the operating carrier, subject to that carrier's own conditions of carriage.

2. Enquiries and quotes

Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices, aircraft availability and flight times shown are indicative. A binding quotation is issued only in writing for a specific request and remains valid for the period stated in it.

3. Bookings

A charter is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation and any required deposit has been received. Until then, availability cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details and for ensuring all travellers hold valid travel and identity documents.

4. Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and amendment charges depend on the operator and the time before departure, and will be set out in your written quotation. Flights may also be affected by weather, air traffic control, technical or safety reasons; where a flight cannot proceed, we will work to arrange a suitable alternative.

5. Payment

Charges are payable in the currency and by the deadlines stated in your confirmation. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

6. Conduct and safety

The operating carrier's captain has final authority over the aircraft and may refuse or offload any passenger or baggage for safety, security or legal reasons. You agree to comply with all safety instructions and applicable regulations.

7. Liability

As a broker, Volare is liable for arranging your flight with reasonable care and skill. Liability for the carriage itself rests with the operating carrier under applicable international conventions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
